Imperial Brewmasters Brewery

The Imperial Brewmasters Brewery is a Klingon-operated and owned brewery with its main manufacturing plant based on Terra. Our products are exported far and wide to many star systems, but our main customer base is on Terra. The logo of the brewery is a stylized flame in a cup.

The current Head Brewmaster (and owner) is SuZilla, who is dedicated to bringing the best of all brew to the civilized galaxy.

The brewery is geared for mass production of popular widely-consumed beverages, but at times does smaller batches of specialty brew for more discerning customers. The Head Brewmaster always personally has a hand in the production of these extra special brews.

These are some of our products:

Warnog:
A Klingon Imperial Stout, 11-13% alcohol. Opaque black in the glass, with a spicy heavy hoppy nose. Taste of spicy tobacco, chocolate, sweet heavy caramel malt. Bitterness that lingers in the back of the tongue, mild sweetness in the front. Spicy, silky, smooth. Definitely a warrior's drink.

Toffa Ale:
Slightly sweet Talaxian ale, somewhat similiar in style to the historical "Sam Adam's Tripple Bock" (16-17% alcohol) . Contains three times the malt. Oaked and fermented twice as long.

Cardassian Ale:
A complex slightly sweet dark brown spiced ale. (8-10% alcohol).

Breshtanti Ale:
A unique amber ale made with roses. (9% alcohol).

Kanar:
A dark semi-sweet non-carbonated malt-wine with modest body, heavy spice, and delicious overtones of chocolate (14-16% alcohol).

Chech'tluth:
Crystal clear yellow-green semi-dry honey-wine, aromatic and delicately spicy (16% alcohol).

Bloodwine:
Red, spicy, with real Targ liver added (12-14% alcohol).

Entertainment purposes only. No alcoholic beverages are for sale.
(Which is not to say that they are not perhaps made and given as gifts to worthy Klingons or friends, or lucky people who happen to bump into the Head Brewmaster at various occasions). The part about the alcohol content is largely true BTW. Some such as the Raktajino and Romulan ale are still in the development phase, as is the Jestral tea, but the Warnog, Toffa Ale, and Cardassian Ale definitely are keepers. The Bloodwine has no animal parts in the brew... The same, however, cannot be said of the Falah Nectar...
