KIBG: Wines

Bloodwine, 1 gallon:
Yeast: Lalvin 71B
1/2 to 1 lb of any red, blue or black berry
1/8 cup rose petals
1/8 cup hibiscus flowers
2.5 lbs sugar

Some comments on wine:
Increasing the sugar content will increase the alcohol content up to the tolerance of the yeast.
